One of the greatest exercises you can do for your mental well-being is expressing gratitude. When you first begin to practice this, it can be very difficult. But much like doing a sit-up or a push-up, the more you practice, the more you can do as time goes by. Practicing gratitude can shift negative experiences and outlooks in life to positive ones, being thankful for the experience, and can make positive events into powerhouse attitude-shifters that can uplift you for days and affect those around you as well.
